Additional guidance of having new flooring fitted while there is still a risk of COVID-19 infection

• Fitting carried out in people’s home will be by fitters who adhere to strict hygiene protocol and the fitters will have no symptoms of COVID-19 nor have mixed with anyone who has. If any member of your household has any symptoms at all, please self-isolate the family in line with government guidelines and rebook your fitting date for when it is safe to do so.
• Prior to fitting please follow our normal terms and conditions for preparing the room and in addition sanitize all areas, door handles etc that our fitters may come in touch with.
• Please keep a 2-metre distance from our fitters at all times. Show them into the property and then leave them to complete their job.
• Our fitters carry spray sanitiser and also hand sanitiser which they use vigilantly before and after entering your premises.
• It is a lovely gesture under normal circumstances to offer refreshments in the way or tea or coffee, unfortunately currently it is best not to, this further protects both parties from any cross-contamination.
