I had the pleasure of meeting Martin and have found him to be extremely professional, knowledgeable and honest. Above all an absolute joy to work with, a breath of fresh air in comparison to all the other big and small retailers.

Martin on numerous occasions has gone beyond the call of duty and proved he genuinely cares about his clients. An example would be not selling me something I didn’t need. For example, he actually pulled the carpet back to check if I needed to buy underlay and I was advised I would only need it in one room so I can could save on the cost. The team of fitters were equally amazing, in particular “Spud”. I had an issue on the day where the fitters could only fit one room, this was completely my fault as there was work being done on the floor boards. Spud kindly agreed to fit one room and come back and fit the other room the next day!

I have never felt a need to write any type of feedback about an retailer before, however i feel Martin has shown me qualities that I should be sharing with others. If I or my family ever need carpets again, I wouldn’t dream of trusting anybody else.
